Listing on a website means...it's listed. That's all. There is no website, that shows the current stock status of any watch. Two reasons:
1. They don't actually have the stock on hand.
2. It is too much work to be updating the stock status on a realtime basis.

So yes, contact the TD and confirm stock and then immediately order afterwards if it is "in stock".

Not if the factory hasn’t got a production run going or if they even still make it

You might be surprised to know what is and is not impossible in the illegal world of replicas. A recent model can be available one day and gone the next (some VSF/XF PAMs). It can be gone forever or come back in a year or so (PAM243/PAM127). Some can even just have been announced and in two weeks be.in the bargain bin already (I forgot the model but it was one of those blue logo Luminor Marina PAMs).

The phrase "We don't have timeframe for restock yet" usually means there are missing parts and the factory has no clue when they will have the parts needed to make the watch. No info from parts factory --> no info from watch factory --> no info from TD --> you.
