Hi fellow Panerai Rep Owners,

Tried to set the date on my Pam 364 today. But it didn't budge. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? It was working perfectly fine before this. The date is now stuck on the 14th.

Unfortunately i started to panic and turned the crown a little too much. Now it has clicking sounds whenever i try to adjust the time and it isn't as smooth anymore.

Any help is greatly appreciated please!!

Thank you.

What was the time when you tried to change the date? If it was between 10PM and 2AM, then you've most likely damaged the date-change mechanism on the watch. The only thing you can do is have it repaired at your nearest rep-friendly watchsmith.

I remember trying to change it around 1pm. But the date wouldn't budge. I started panicking and then manually did it by winding it a few rounds to adjust the date.

Then the worse happened. Now when I adjust the time there's a clicking noise. Brought it to my watch Smith and he suspects the gears are damaged.

Where do I source for the spare parts to bring it to the watch Smith?

For sourcing parts you can get it from ofrei, but before you do that, you should ask your Watchsmith for parts, who knows he might have stock of it.

Nope. He told me he would have to check for parts locally. And since it was 'Swiss made' he doesn't have any. Lol.

I told him it was a replica. But he said it'll still be pretty hard to source for the parts in Malaysia.

What parts do you think I should order from ofrei? The thing is I don't even know what's wrong with it.

Oohh I see, it would be better if your Watchsmith is the one who decide which parts should be replaced since he is going to repair your watch, then you can source it at ofrei.
