PAM 360 - Who made this?

Hey guys. Question for the PAM 360 experts out there - which factory made this watch?

Recently acquired it from a gentleman who bough it from TD years ago and couldn't recall the details.

I absolutely love it and to me it is a keeper regardless but would be nice to know a bit more about it.

Are they all that close? That's quite an achievement to get so close that you can't tell them apart.

Looks to be a Noob based on the "3" and the thickness of the fonts.
