So Im loving my first purchase so far but have noticed that i am losing maybe 20 seconds a day. My gen rolex is about 10 sec a day fast, so i am used to the inaccuracies of automatics. However, wondering what others are experiencing with the seagull st2555. Any advice? How do i wind an automatic? Just open the cg lever and turn clockwise?

mine was about 11 secs / day slow. Regulated it with iPhone app Kello to approx +3 secs a day.

Kello to regulate the watch? Never heard of this before today. What sort of evil sorcery is this??

The app just measures accuracy correct? Still need to open the watch and manually adjust the regulator??

Yes, just like in the middle ages... LOL...

Wouldn't you expect that Kello regulates the watch by itself?

Seriously, it is very easy and works perfectly. Try it !

Anyway I'm seeing that you are every minute watching your watch and making things in it and in the strap.
Be calm, people like you finish breaking the watch.
Just an advice

Thanks Ale,
I don't trust myself enough to adjust the regulator. I don't even know what to do. I'm wondering if I should try to wind it. Can you tell me how to wind an automatic Seagull ST2555 safely? I'm hoping that over time the inaccuracy might improve. My GEN Rolex Submariner was slow when I first bought it. Now it's fast after 5 years. I'd prefer fast to slow.

Below pic is for an A7750 movement , but it is the same for a Seagull

Move indicated lever of the regulator in the direction indicated by the orange arrow to get fast FAST the running of the watch.

Thanks Ale. I would have been looking for an arrow with plus and minus sign instead. I will try that when I muster up the courage....

Before regulation try to wind it full and measure again. Carefully give it some 20+ full rounds winding and wear it few days in a row and check how accurately it runs. Mine runs almons a minute/day slow when power reserve is low, but gains about 5 sek/day when PR is in it's upper half. Leave the watch face up when not use, that helps also. I've noticed that automatic winding is not most effective in this specific movement and for example 8h working in office is not enouhg to wind it up.

Wise advice ! I forgot it !
And even wait a month to see the evolution before to try adjustment
Thanks for the input

Need some advise as my newly bought PAM312O KW v2 ST2555 just stopped after winding and wearing it for 5 mins.

It began with low power reserve of less than 10 hrs even after winding and wearing for 10-11hrs a day.

I wind it by turning the crown clockwise for about 30 turns but still stopped after 5 mins.

Would appreciate any pointers to get this fix rather than sending this back to China.

Thanks.

Thanks!
