Pam 320 GMT V2 VSF, P4000 movement rotor disc not revolving..Brisbane, Australia.

HI guys,

I got my 320GMT V2 VSr abut 1.5 yrs ago and didnt wear it much.. yesterday the rotor stopped revolving.. Any tips? I am based in Brisbane, Australia. Any rep friendly watch smiths around?
