Pam 318L repair help

I just received my 318L and my seconds hand sticks when passing the hour hand at the 9:00 position.

Can anyone recommend repair in NYC

Anyone capable of removing a movement and resetting hands should be able to solve that in short order, keep your Pam powered down until you get it fixed though... Those hands can do a number on the dial if they get off kilter and scrape across the dial on their travels.
