Hi everyone,

I'm about to order a PAM 312 and a 112.
After spending a lot of time reading posts about these 2 PAMs and also the ALE guide (btw thanks ALE for this amazing resource of information) I made my decision on these versions : PAM 312 KW ST2555 and PAM 112 Noob M-series V3.

These last days, I've seen some posts that confused me about (possible) new recent versions of these watches.
Here are my questions :

PAM 312 :
in a thread on a PAM 359 opened by Carlton http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/207349-Pam-359-KW-V?highlight=359 , it looks like there has been an "updated" version of the ST 2555 which now has the balance cock on the left hand side (closer to gen). I understood that this ST2555 "corrected" version was not clearly announced and then not easy to know which PAM model could have this new ST2555
My question is : do you think / know if this new ST2555 version would also be available on a PAM 312 KW ?

PAM 112 :
the question here looks less "technical".
Since there is a new H-fact luminor case released some weeks ago, I read that this H fact version looks to be better (and cheaper) than the noob version for PAM 000 for instance.
Could anyone confirm that there is a H-fact new Luminor case version for the PAM 112 (I think that the answer is yes based on a recent post made by Dochere2 in the thread about the new H-fact PAM000) and if yes, has anyone already made the comparison with the latest noob version (which looks to be best option until now) ?

Thank you all for your answers.

Just a small bump.

If anyone could help with my 2 questions above, it would be nice ;)

Thanks

Just received PAM 312 KW with ST2555 movement from Sead last week and I can confirmed it has the balance cock on the left hand side which is closer to gen. It is a very very nice rep...

Hi friend

PAM 312- there is already in the market PAM 312 KW fitted with decorated Seagull NON-inverted KP9000-Seagull V2
Just ask your dealer for this version. And check QC pics to assure this version.
In order to tell the differences, please see below pics:

SEAGULL INVERTED MOVEMENT

GEN P.9000 – KW-V6Fac DECORATED SEAGULL INVERTED COMPARISON
Center- WATCHES IN THE SAME POSITION

Right side-WATCHES ROTATED TO GET MATCHING. See the crowns in different position

PAM 112:
This is a more complicated matter

Noob is using usually V4 caseset for PAM 390 and V3 for the rest of the models PAM 112 included. Besides Noob is mixing old V3 parts in some V4 cases. I hope in the future Noob will use only V4 casesets with correct modern parts in all models.

H maker is using currently a very nice and well finished 2015 case. It is awesome regarding finish but the edges are even sharper than gen case. H maker new bezel is nice but the bezel base is higher and the transition edge is really sharp in comparison to the gen one. Besides H maker is mixing old parts and even old cases in current productions and the overall quality is inconsistent for this reason. H maker Sandwich dial is less deep as Noob and gen. Caseback is also worse than Noob.

Therefore, which is the way to go?

IMO Noob V4 caseset with all new parts is the best current option. But at this moment it is no sure to get a Noob rep with all new V4 parts, and only talking about PAM 390
The only way to go is waiting for Noob V4 complete caseset applied in all models

We have not info enough about KW caseset, but it looks also promissing

I know you are now more confused than before my post, but, sorry, this is the real thing so far

Thanks Ale for this clear answer.

Since I posted these questions, I've received from Sead a 312 with the non inverted Seagull and I must say that it is an amazing Pam.

I got also a 112 HF. Can't really say if it is a complete new case or if it is mixed with old parts but the general finish looks great.

I'll post some pictures later in the Luminor case thread for comparison.
