I saw a few other DSN mentions, so it made me curious. The 309 is in the guide, just no mention of the DSN version.

I was not told by Davidsen that his version was different to others, Then a Low grade rep and it is no worth to include it.

I cannot include everything is in the market, I try to include all interesting reps and the worse to warning people.

Thanks ALE, please know that my question was not imply that it should be mentioned in the guide. You answered the more important question - is it different?

I have seen indeed that it seems worse than usual replicas because it has solid caseback instead display, like gen, surely because it is fitted with a conventional non decorated A-6497 movement.

Go to another type of watch, there are a lot of good PAMs
If you like Radiomirs, see:
PAM 292 J-series Noob
PAM 504 KW
PAM 505 KW
PAM 388 KW
even
PAM 380 H maker
And of course chrono Radiomir PAM 288 H maker

Thanks again ALE, I have learned tons from researching your threads...

I am definately one of the oddballs who prefers the Radiomir case

I started out in this game with a 309. After recently stumbling on DSN's site, I was able to get a set of more accurate rose gold hands from him with proper lume. I'll be reluming the dial as well to match.

As for other Radiomir's, thanks for the advice. I just nabbed a 380H and a 288H has been on my list. For some reason, I don't like dates on the Radiomir.
The 504/505 really look nice but the negative comments on the PVD/DLC coating has me a little gun shy. The gold hands and clean matted dial on the 504 look stunning with the brown color.

What are the negative comments ?
People are not well informed about DLC coatings
Of course I'm talking about well made and high quality DLC, like DLC applied by KW, Noob or H maker.

DLC is way harder than SS and it will not get scrathed easily.
The DLC coating is just thin and fragile but scratches proof, like ceramic.

You cannot hit strongly with hard sharp objects the DLC but you could try to sctrach it without success.

The only flaw of DLC is that it is not real Composite or ceramic when we are replicating these watches. But no worries about resistance or colours

Yes, that confirms what I've read and seen. One pic in the 505 thread showed a dent in the case but the coating did not flake. And with the steel substrate, I assume the weight would be noticeably greater.
These things don't concern me much and I'm still on the fence to purchase one (or 504)

Yes I know it was Polonus PAM 505
But Polonus were very lucky to not broke the coating.
Anyway, DLC coating resisted that time
