PAM 299o QC pics - Dial not aligned..

Hi all,

QC pics show that the dial needs to be rotated anticlockwise a little.

It really hot me straight away (first thing I noticed) so I can't live with it I'm not being fussy I promise you all.

Any idea if this is a simple job for a real novice? By novice I mean someone who has never even opened up a watch before.... I have tools on the way to me though.

If not I'll need to ask for another.....

As these are QC pics, simply refuse the watch and ask for another one.

That's an easy fix, but as you order it trough a TD, ask simply to have a correct one

Yes. I have done that. My TD is excellent so no problems there.

If you don't know how easy something is, then it's most likely difficult for you, at first anyway. But why would you do something that can be prevented in the first place, which is what QC pictures are for. As long as you are in clear communication with your TD, you will get the rep you want.

Thanks. I have asked my TD. I'll get another.... I was asking as I thought that if the face rotation was a quick and easy job I would just do it myself. Thanks for all of the advice. Good news is that the omega CrPO I have pics for looks great.

Hi, I will re-post pics as soon as I can. I'm having problems uploading using an i-phone.

I have tried a PC as well but get an error every time I upload an image...

I have tried uploading using Tapatalk, 2 PCs, Internet Explorer and Firefox. I have tried jpeg and GIF files, large, medium and small in size. I always get an error..... Can anyone help me with image uploading tips?
