PAM 292 (question about loose wire strap lug)

About 3 months ago I purchased a PAM 292 1:1 edition made by the V6F factory.
I am very happy with it but I wanted it to be properly serviced and waterproof
tested as I want to ensure that it lasts as long as possible therefore I sent it to a
reputable company that services replicas. I received it back a couple of days ago
and noticed that the top left wire lug that holds the leather strap is now loose.

Anyway my question would be, other than the annoyance of the wire lug wiggling around
ever so often, is the lug in danger of actually breaking off at some point because of this
and causing the strap to come off the watch while I'm wearing it? I can continue to wear
it as is because it doesn't bother me much at all but I don't want to risk it breaking off and
causing further damage to the watch in the fall.

Also, through research I know that Panatime has the replacement lugs and screws if I need
them but if the watch is no danger of further breakage with the original parts on there I will
just keep them on there.

Any advice or insight regarding this would be appreciated.

Did you try and tighten the screw. Plus use loctite medium on them, they are notorious for falling out. The screws and subsequently the lug bar...

Well i would check the screw that holds that lug in place. Changing straps on a rad is a well known PITA, but the last thing you want is for it to come out and the watch fall off and get damaged.

If i were you - i would remove all of the screws, give them a good cleaning, and then screw them back in using some loctite. This will make sure the screws are completely secure. I remember one of my rads had a bit of play in 1 lug bar, even after i secured the screw. But better safe than sorry.

Thanks for the replies guys, I have not tried tightening the screws and using some Loctite to hold them in place but I will try that.

Use a tiny dab of Loctite Blue 242. This is the removable type. Don't use any other type. It is easy to find on Amazon.

Or Loctite 243, which is the upgraded version of the 242. You can also find them at any hardware supply shop if there are any near your location.
