PAM 292 owners, a couple of quick Q's

hi all, (new to this forum but have been on RG for a while)
looking at getting this after a bit of research,
going with 292j noob pig. know my dealer.
you can put a rubber strap on these, right?
how good is the lume?(have a vac lumed BR which is fantastic)
whats the crown/movement/build quality like on these watches, are they solid ???
(having a bad experience with my crown on my BR-02 and its a lot of money to spend on another rep to wrong so need to certain)
are the lug bars plastic or metal?
if something breaks is everypart of the watch fixable?
basically, will these watches last is what i'm asking to anyone who has one.

solid, cant go wrong with 6497 and its a really good rep

I had to send my noob 292 to Katt to have the winding pinion replaced because the gears were stripped, other than that I've had no trouble out of it and the lume really is pretty nice. The ceramic case is nice, couple times I've banged it and thought I effed it up only to find that it wasn't scratched.

It's a very good rep after all..
No issues with mine except maybe with the crystal..it has a plastic feeling..dunno how to describe it..

I dressed it with an OEM black gator and it's nearly perfect...

A quick note, I don't know if anyone else had this problem, on mine, I overtighted the crown. The tube that is pressed into the case came loose and I had to take it all apart and press that tube back in. So, don't over tighten the crown... cause that sucks... alot.

I have 9 reps and the noob 292j is in my top 3 favorites! No problem with mine so far! It's on an Asso strap and I like the contrast it gives that way! I read on the forum the 292s were discontinued so don't wait too long! I'm definitely glad I got one!
