I recently ordered a Pam 292 "super rep" full ceramic and I notice that it shows scratches. Normally a full ceramic you can wipe the scratches off pretty easily..did I receive a PVD coated watch instead of ceramic?

You might try an intro first, but for now,the model, price, dealer, and pictures of the watch would be a big asset for anyone in making any constructive commentary on it's construction.

Sorry about the intro! first post on this board I frequented another board before. Collected a few years ago and stopped now I am jumping back in.

I would prefer not to name the dealer just yet as I have not spoken to them. I did use the excellent PAM guide and purchased the Super Rep from a TD

Same shit with mine H-factory 292N. Scratches are visible when you looking at them at certain angle. Also when you setting time, minute hand is not moving smoothly.
Very fragile ceramic.

I've had an H-Factory 292M for a year or so and the only mark it has picked up is where I scraped one of the strap wires on it while trying to guide it into the hole.

The ceramic almost certainly won't scratch if it has been sintered correctly, what you usually see is the other material left behind on the surface - I suspect the mark on mine is actually steel left on the ceramic, not where ceramic has been removed.

Maybe there could be a rougue batch of cases if a couple of you have had similar issues and are sure you're seeing scratches/damage?

This is the reason
They are not scratches. They are material left by other object "scratched" by the hard ceramic of your watch
Try to clean it with some toothpaste and wáter. Try before in caseback I have not used before this system !!
