Pam 292 dial problem

Hi, just got my first rep from zf, the overall quality of the watch is fantastic but theres a question from me, is the dial too green?

I googled numerous pics of gen+rep292, i even asked the td about it, they said mine is an improved version: with the green dial, there wont be white spots present when its night time

Any insight would be greatly appreciated

It does seem a bit too green compared to the ones I've seen. As for the TDs comments to an improved version, maybe it is improved when you look at it in a dark room but its appearance when in broad daylight is not. When the lume has white spots in the dark, it may mean the lume applied was uneven. Were all the samples you were shown have this uneven lume?

Well it looks slightly greener than the hands. I am not sure how it looks under sunlight or other lighting conditions. What I meant was, before the TD offered this
"improved" lume version, were you shown the older version with the one with whitish spots?

nope, all they said was mine is the improved version and no pics of the previous ver were provided

Well I can't really comment on the "improved" description as there were no complaints IIRC regarding white spots on the lume on the previous version.

Definitely, someone who can whip up the proper lume can make the dial lume white in daylight but glow bright green in the dark.

If you do sell, then you should be totally transparent about the condition of the watch, especially for those who are unaware of what the lume should look like.

I would have strodda relume it and then it will be a really great watch for sure

Changed old minute hand to correct hand instead of the original hand with big fake cannon pin top cap.
And after relume , it won't have strange green looks anymore. Relume with Tritec GL C3.
