Hi there MisterNicher. Looks like there was not enough glue on both the ceramic crown tube and the internal metal part where the crown is screws on. What you need to do is first to pull out the crown and stem as well as the crown tube assembly. At this point you can unscrew the threaded metal part of the crown tube from the crown and stem to separate them. Now you have three different parts. Then you need to apply carefully super glue on the ceramic part of the tube and clue it in its position. Don't put too much clue as it might a) overflow on the case and b) you might end up with the case stuck on your hands. if you do get some excess glue on the case though, you can carefully scrape it off with a blade when it is dry - you'll be amazed how scratch proof is the ceramic case. Then again, better not to use too much. Then, take the metal threaded part and apply superglue to the sides and the end of it and push it to glue in position. The idea is to ensure welding it onto the internal metal rim of the case. Basically that should do it - if you haven't already repaired it. In an older post of mine "292j Mod project" you can see the actual structure of all the integral parts and how to put them together. Good luck and hope, although late, that I helped.
