For full transparency, the dark blue hand is fixed at 12 o'clock while the sliver hand stays at 3 o'clock.
It is not a prefect Pam 286 as the shade of the blue handle is incorrect, but nevertheless a very nice Pam.
Watch is new in condition with no scratches or dings on the watch case. Watch comes mounted on a HD Navy Togo strap with a screw in Pre V buckle.
