I just got my watch in the mail yesterday from watcheden. The watch looks great and I am very happy with it. I am not crazy about the rubber strap that it came with and would like to upgrade the strap to a better quality panerai rubber strap. Does anyone have advice on where I might be able to locate a better rubber strap? Also I'm not sure how to work the GMT and this other am pm dial on the left hand side. Does anyone know if there is a manual on the net on how to operate the watch? Thanks very much. I am new to this hobby but I am very happy I found this forum.

I've heard that if you put the rubber in boiling water it can help make it more pliable. If you want the best I would source a gen strap. You could just throw keep the rubber for occasions and get a leather strap which IMO feels better than rubber!

I don't like rubbers, but my B&R has them and i hated them. I boiled (rather simmered) them for about an hour and they feel way better since.

But get a good leather straps, makes the watch feel so much nicer, especially a PAM.

No idea about the GMT as i don't know the watch.
