PAM 26 Possible?

Well now you've seen it, and it is not mine.

I have been speaking to A and J Aka Trusty and PC, for a couple of weeks now about making this one possible and they have been some what compliant about it.

They openly accepted that they have had many complaints about the low A's bar, font being wrong, sandwich dial numbers wrong and swiss made being to close to 6 or too big and or bold or case back being wrong soo all in all the dials on these particular models need to be redone from scratch.

After I gave them a few pointers or suggestions they seemed to be listening, responding and or acknowledging, I have hinted them to take this one too the Breitling factories to make perfect.... same people who are currently making the black steel.

Well take it just as heresay and please dont quote me on this but I feel they have taken a couple of my suggestions to heart and if we make a ton of noise for it, it just maybe possible... rest assure the cost and god know when, But I have my fingers crossed and hope this can be done.

i love the look of that watch but i don't trust josh anymore since he sold me a lemon rolex that i have spent $105+ extra to get fixed......if i would buy this pam it would most likely be someone from the forum who's letting it go.

FYI, DSN already offers a rep of the new, re-issue PAM026...

If the other makers don't improve their PVD coating, I wouldn't even consider anything else, unless I was planning on having the case PVD/DLC coated elsewhere as a mod.

Would you know the name of that strap? does it have the "Panerai" engraved on the clip?

There have been many discussions with many dealers to change their dials... at the end of the day, it is not profitable for them to do so... there may be some future projects coming out that resolve this, but these are already in pre-production....

The issue with the 026 is that it is a destro dial... which means it's going to be a one-off.... saying that, i would love to see it done and will be rooting for it myself....

As that is a gen PAM026, I would suspect that is an OEM black calf strap from Panerai. I'm relatively certain that it has a Pre-V style buckle with the word "Panerai" engraved on it, yes.
