Pam 253

Looking to make my fist purchase on a Pam 253, link below. But wanted to know from the very knowledge members on this forum how close it is to the gen & are there any significant discrepancies, other then the movement, that can be easily spotted. If you've already purchased one, please post your pic & let me know what you think about it.

you linked the 212 this is the 253.

anyway, the crystal is the major flaw besides the movement.
it's mineral crystal and has a history of breaking.

How weak is it? If I bump the watch up against the table/ door, similar to what happen normally when wearing a watch, is it going to break?

Here's mine. I am actually selling it in the rep sales forum. A friend of mine got me into reps and was buying them for his friends so I had him get me this piece. I THINK he got it from Lay, but am not 100% sure. It is great quality, but the crystal did scratch and the AR is noticeable. If I don't sell it, I am going to swap out the crystal. It's a beautiful piece.
