Pam 253 advise

Hello guys, I was reccomended the PAM 253 from H factory awhile ago as a good and accurate Rep.
Are any of these http://pureti.me/search/?searchstring=PAM253&x=92&y=20 better than the other?

Any thoughts are welcome.

To avoid mistakes just ask the dealer about H maker version

But first and last four are the H maker versions
