Pam 25 hobnail dial with vintage lume

I would appreciate members views one of my favourite models. I like the 25 but with the hobnail and vintage lume. Does any factory make a super version of this model?. if this is not available are there any suggestions to achieve this look by having the lume changed/re painted?
