hi dears,

just a quick question, if I adjust my pam243 on date wheel they change the date on mid of the day. i.e. I adjust the date on 10am after 12pm its the same date, it didn't spring to the next day. what can I do? do I really need to adjusting on 11:59am(midnight)?

any tips and hints?
best--

There is a possibility you just messed up the date wheel. You should change the date when the time is at 6AM/PM. If you do that, then you are ensuring that the date change is not engaging. If you do the date change when it's actually 10PM instead of 10AM as you thought, then you mess it up. One way to know is that even if you try to change the date using the crown, the date won't change. It is one of the cardinal rules of using a 7750 powered watch.

Whenever changing the date, on any watch, I find it best to set the date to the day before, then roll the hours through so that you see the date change to the correct date and then you know what is AM or PM.

I move the hands to 6pm, change date to day before, then move hands to correct time.
