I saw a pam 243 on pure time that looks amazing, does anyone know the diff between it and the gen? I can't find one discrepancy IM about to buy it very exciting

I've got two H factory 243's and one Noob. They're great watches. I've never liked the clarity of the crystal over the date window on either factory's version, but its not a whole lot better on a gen. You'll like it. It's a very solid watch.

Very gen-like watch OOB, I love the heftiness of the 243.
I prefer the M series either HF or Noob over the HF J series.
The markers in my J series look waaaay too artificial orange-yellow, HF tried to hard to imitate the aging effect of the tritium but killed the watch for me.

Here is a brand new 243M H fac from Sead less than a week old on Kain heritage.

The one thing I like more in the NOOB is the dots are a lot less bulbous. (convex, or half round). The Noob is much more Gen like in this regard.

But still, that M is a LOOKER!!!l
