Planning to get Pam 243. But seems there are 2 makers for it. May I know which maker should I get it from? Noob or H factory?

For the most part, you can't go wrong with either watch. They are both quality pieces and I think my deciding factor would be to go with the dealer you trust the most - if your favorite dealer sells the H version, then get that one - if he sells the Noob, then get that one.
For me, the only major issue that can not be addressed regarding accuracy is the 120 click bezel of the H factory 243L (Should be 60 clicks per Gen) The rest of the issues with either watch are too minor to concern yourself with IMHO.
Either way, you will be very happy with this great watch no matter which you decide to purchase.
