I would bet these watches come from the same place. I would go for the Trevor watch.

Problem with the 243 rep is that the bezel markers are slightly too big. and the HE Valve font is way off.

Alternatively, u can try DSN for his 024D or 025D subs.. Just got one.. its stunning.. 280 usd

I really like davidsons bezel but the lack of He valve and incorrect crown guard kill it for me. Very nice watch though.

Should the 24/25 have He valve?

Also, what is the problem with the crown guard? I have heard it is not good but I don't know what the problem is. In my opinion there are bigger tells/problems with the 243. The 24/25 can be modded to look stunning.

024 & 025 submersibles doesn't have the HE valve. Actually the CG is pretty solid. Crown is the only crappy one.

Ok...Trevor has come through so far. Inquired about the 243 last night and he immediately responded he could get it. I payed him up last night and just now he sent over a few QC pics. So far he has been Lightning fast.

According to angus at puretime it is in the making I think. There is a rep of it now but I have heard it is really crappy.

Hey Snpr9696,

Just got mine from Trevor. For a 3 to 4 year old rep, I couldn't be happier. Amazingly, the Asian 7750 is +/- 1 second every couple of days...

I was going to have the movement serviced but with that kind of accuracy I'll leave it alone for now. Date wheel, lume, improved AR and a little polish here and there and you've got yourself a sweet looking watch!!

Did u AR yours. It looks like it. I plan to mod it a little. Polish the bezel marks. Even thought the size is off.
