Pam 212 not working

I got 212 couple days from Ruby and it died on me
email Ruby got fast response from her. I have no idea how long

Cuople days ago ruby email me said it return
for return, and ask me if I want order something else. To me I thougth she meant to replace
the212. So I told her Pam 88,email me back with the price for 88.
It's about 20 bucks different, so I paid her 41 bucks that's included
pp fee & ems , but she thought I want order another one which it is not. Try email her
to know she exchange or not and my 41 buck. Have not heard from her
