AM considering this one... What are the major flaws? besides the case material?
Is there a swiss 7750 and asian 7750 versions for this? and if so, how can one visually differentiate between the two movements once the you open the caseback???

Hi there. I actually just purchased this watch so can help.

First - there is no Swiss version at this time for this watch. Overall it's a nice watch and a good buy.

There's no date on this watch which means no font issue to deal with.

The bezel is still off from the original but only really noticable from close up. The markers (little black ticks) FROM 12 to 3 on the bezel are too heavy and thick. I think the dots are placed slightly off from the original too. The big green dot at 12 is wrong too.

The case is SS instead of Ti but that's a minor point. The caseback also says STAINLESS STEEL instead of TITANIUM. And there's no serial number on it.

I think the sub dials on the face are also missing a silver ring around them too but not 100% sure on this.

These are all minor things really. I still recommend the watch if you want a big, sturdy watch to wear.

Hope this helps!

I have this watch....and love it...since these (gens) were produced in such limited quantity not even most AD's has seen or held the watch...consequently any flaws are made even more miniscule by that...this is great watch and to the naked eye on your wrist is virtually indistinguishable from the gen....I recommend it highly and think you'll love it as much as I do :D :D :D :D

Thanks guys...
YES, it does feel nice on the wrist. Realy meaty! Would the fact that the gen is Ti make it lighter than the rep??? I actually like the weight of the rep.

Most of the flaws you guys mentioned are pretty minor.
The thing that bugs me the most is the ends of the rubber strap near the lugs. The finishing is really poor. You can see the part where it is cut away from the mould. Looks really bad.

Other than that it's cool!

Thanks for all your obsrvations.
