PAM 199 misaligned bezel - can be fixed?

I have a misaligned bezel on a PAM 199
Can this be fixed?
I need to know before I go and get this lumed.
If it cannot be fixed I will just have to cut my losses and source another 199.

I'd like to know how bezels are removed. Are they simply a press fit or screwed? What's the best way?

I think a press fit, as there are no visible external screws.
I am wondering if they are similar to rolex bezels, but before I try and pop it off I'd prefer to hear the experiences of others.
