Iv got the wobbly hand at 3 o’clock, it’s not to bad at the moment but the OCD in me would like to know if it can be fixed?...I think it’s a noob V2 from the research iv done and this was a known issue...

No, unfortunately it cannot be fixed AFAIK. It's a luck of the draw in terms of how wobbly the hand @3 will be.
