After a few reading from the forum, there seems a old case and new case for the Pam 196 - 7753. Can anyone tell me what is the different and how can I tell whether it is old or new case?

It is all in the bezel and it's height and how it sits on the case. 
Newer version spreads too far on the case and it doesn't have the correct "lip" leading off the case into actual bezel top. It is different enough that they take different crystals. Most of those do have the "Luminor" on the case back and that is generally correct though. The reason why the newer one is not necessarily going to be better is that it is not a case of the same factory improving its watch. It is a different factory making the later version.
