G'day I wondered the same, the brushed "lines" on the "H" movements are called: Côtes de Genève.
As for the rest of the differences if ANY, not exactly sure.

The Black Seal dial txt was also positioned differently. I have a rep of an old-school 183G, and in my opinion as a first ever contemporary Black Seal model (2004) released by Panerai it has much more character compared to H-series and others that followed.
