Pam 177 modded by a friend. Fortunately I knew him

Hey everyone, I wanted to show off my new, modded noob PAM 177P I picked up M2M here from Dochere2. I have several modded pieces, this is definitely one of my favorites. His attention to detail is awesome, I’m very please. This has full movement mods, including the cannon pinion flattened and polished, ratchet and crown wheels re-brushed and bevels polished, Y Gen Incabloc, swan neck modded and swan neck screw modded, crown polished, case softened and cg worked and re-brushed.

Here’s a pic of the new 177 on the right and a Marlin 127 on the left. These are equally as good as one another. The detail to the crown and crown guard really set the 177 off though...

Very nice MaMaZunG, I am glad you are enjoying the 177 and 111. I really dug that 177 build, I found a new fondness for the 177 for sure. After putting that dark Tannhauser on that nice brushed gray case, I almost didn't want to part with it; I just may mod one for myself. Thanks again my man, always a pleasure.

I said the same thing Bozz. I witnessed his collection first hand, he definitely has an arsenal worthy of a pictorial. I have his Noob 127 now, when it's done I think I am going to volunteer some camera time and help him post some good old fashion watch porn.

Sorry to say that but I don't doubt about the Modder skills of Dochere2 and even the modded watch seems nice

But, as far as I know, Dochere2 is not an RWI approved trusted modder and cannot be recommended under the forum protection like Marlin

Besides you are comparing two different watches and movements and Dochere2 is using a gen Incabloc with gen Lyre spring and Marlin's 127 is showing a modded Incabloc. We cannot compare two different things.

I have changed a bit the title in order not to seem an advertisement. And I would like this thread doesn't take this way.

No worries Ale. English isn't mamazang's first language, I do not think he had any ill intent what so ever. That and he has praised Marlins work, I do not believe he was trying to say that my work was better in any way, his title was just worded a bit inappropriately.

To be clear to members, I do not mod watches for people, period. I mod watches I purchase from m2m deals and TD's. Some I wear, some I don't but regardless, if and when I'm ready to part with them, I list them in the for sale section. Please do not PM me regarding mods.

That said, I have absolutely no problem helping someone learn about their Pams and even guiding them a bit to make them everything they can be, but I am not in the watch or mod business. If one day I'm ready to be, I'd talk to the Col. to make it happen [emoji6]

That said, you can observe that I have not attacked your job, indeed I have said I liked it, just I have warned Ma Ma Zung for his incorrect post

Therefore, no offense here and your comments and knowledge are welcome to RWI PAM section.

As you well say if some day you decide to start business you should talk to Col.
