I am looking to get a pam164. You can find them from $100 to $450 from the trusted dealers here. Here is my question: is it with paying the extra $$ for these reps? Are they that much better, I.e., more reliable? I keep seeing posts about members having to send their budget rep back for one problem or another. Along with those posts, you see the replies "you get what you pay for" and " I think I should have stepped up for the more expensive version". What are the opinions of the guys that have been doing this for a while? I have been looking and learning for just a couple of months.
