I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge of the differences between the PAM 164 DSN offers and the "Ultimate" 164 Angus has? I already have a PAM from DSN and I love it. Just wondering if the extra $ for Angus' is worth it. Thanks.

First off, DSN has better luming on his. This would usually cost around $120 extra if you later decide to get a non-DSN watch lumed.
As well, I believe DSN uses a slightly different case design, but this would only be a problem if you intend to put a Swiss 7750 into it. Also a different crystal and cyclops, DSN crystal is composed of two wafers put together, top one being Sapphire, not sure about the inner/bottom one. The font is also different on the date wheels, I believe that the Ultimate is thicker and more accurate in that regard.
There may be other differences as well, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for getting back to me. For the $ I just don't think I can go wrong with DSN. I just pulled the trigger so we'll see.
Not to be a kill joy... But I truly think you would have been better off with the other one. As was explained, the DSN crystal is wrong, the datefont is a dead giveaway and the dial although the lume is great... the rest is not as good as the other.

Jeez, I feel bad now. I didn't think my post came across as praising his 164. Plus I forgot to mention that sometimes his lume ends up looking like it was applied by an epileptic during a seizure. On the brighter side, if you do end up with a bad luming, he'll send out a new dial until you get one that's done properly, and you can always put those dials up for sale 
Date-wheel fonts, date-wheel fonts... I think I'm going to scream! Or maybe I'll just turn the damned computer off and go to bed...
