Yeah who would spend 10k+ on a 47mm Panerai what a loser 😭
Beautiful! I had a zf rep of that back in the day, but the sunburst was not that great so I didn’t keep it.

What year is yours? I have another gen coming soon. Most reps are really great, but Gen is always Gen.

I believe it’s 2015. The Gen 372 I didn’t feel justified in keeping and it wasn’t due to overlap with the 605 and more so that the reps are plenty sufficient.

I agree, I bought a gen 422 instead of 372 that reason even though I prefer a clean dial with no seconds. Enjoy my friend and wear in great health.

I’ve recently just discovered the world of vintage Panerai and the watch builders do a great job replicating the look that the 372 tried to achieve anyway. Here is my 422 next to a vintage 6152-1 build. By the way, who made the strap on your 605?

I posted this in the Belkin appreciation thread but also wanted to follow up on this thread as it is specific to the 1628. This build was not intended to be an exact replication of the 1628, rather draw inspiration from it - particularly with the patina case finish and grey gradient textured dial.

This might be the finest and most accurate to gen dial I've ever seen from Belkin and hes a wizard!
