There is no Noob PAM1359. The PAM1359 was only made by SF, V6F and ZF factories. SF would be accurate in terms of function as it uses their P.9XXX clone movement. However the balance wheel is in the incorrect position @9. ZF and V6F would be the same, it all depends on your factory loyalty if you have any. Be advised though that V6F produces this watch with two movements, one based on the A7750 with the correct balance wheel location @11, and another one called Lite based on the Seagull ST2555 with the balance wheel @6.
As for the second question, it's very subjective. There is more than one nicely replicated Luminor Marina so it's great that we can select from a wide selection of models.
