Dear Panerai experts,

I would love to sell my 127 but only details I remember from the purchase is the seller mentioned it’s a Noob, modified Crystal and upgraded movement. I paid 700 $ and got it serviced by legend.

Could any expert look at the pics and maybe give some feedback if above information is true and if the factory is really Noob?

I know the pictures are not really good, please forgive me and any help is highly appreciated.

I believe this is an XF. Dial printing looks thicker than the Noob and the movement doesn't have the longer center mark on the adjustment scale.

Not sure XF existed when I bought the watch 4 years ago?

Should be Noob, can any expert see any upgrades or modifications to Crystal and movement?

Hello!

I believe this is NOOB. It is difficult for me to talk about the specifics of printing a dial from a photo, but otherwise, I completely believe that this is it. (If you look closely, you can see that the center mark between + and - is longer, and the position relative to the bridge screw says NOOB movt., as well as a long micrometer screw that would not be found on an XF these days. About the CG XF already mentioned, should also add about the raw ends above the lugs, and a straighter bezel slope, which in this case is slightly concave, judging by the reflections, as it should be.

As for the dial, I won't say anything about NOOB, but it would be surprising to get it from another factory, considering all of the above.

As for modifications: Krystal looks good, or normal. If this is a noob made quite a while ago, then there may be a chance that it was bad from the factory (this happened), and replacing the crystal could not be cheap, but in the end, looking at these photos brought it back to normal.
The shape of the dome is good, distortion is minimal.

As for the movt. changes, this requires photos with good light and quality, at right angles.
I do not see all the classic mods on movt., (for example, a satin pallet), but the ratchet wheels are clearly replaced.
I’m not sure how the watch looked when they started to modify it (Was it, for example, all the screws for fastening the bridges flat from the factory, or were they replaced), and a lot of things I don’t see, to the best of the photo quality (For example, was the shape of the base of the spring changed swan neck, and it is not even obvious whether the gears of the train are satin)

I propose to take good photos, or give a reference to the last sale, or check with the seller.
