does anyone know if this is in stock anywhere? From what I've read kw and zf are on par and are considered supers. But i can't find a seller who has it.

Are you sure you've contacted all of the TDs? It's not a Noob factory release you're looking for, just the ZF and KW versions. If you're out of luck, there is the M2M sales section.
Toro still has this on his site for $408 USD. Did you contact Toro?
Like Mysterio said, make sure your not requesting the Noob as that is no longer available. But just because it's on his site, doesn't mean he has it in stock. Not sure how often they update their sites.

Yeah, i saw it on couple td websites and emailed 2 but they just emailed back recommending different models.

So you emailed 2 out of the more than 10 TDs who may carry it (there are 20 TDs but not all sell mainstream reps), and we've not included the Supporting vendors yet. So you have a ways to go...
Yeah i was quickly discouraged. I just figured all td's have access to the same stuff.
They may all have access to the factories, but we can't say categorically if they all have the same level of access. Also, the factories themselves may not have immediate stock, but some of these TDs may have a few units on hand from the initial rush of sales of the PAM127 (ZF or KW factory).
