Pam 127 not working!!!

OH no! Today my PAM 127 which I bought from Toro arrived! BUT the bad news is it isn't working!!! I wind it to the fullest and it was just dead!

Please advise guys!

I just email Toro about it hope he reply soon.

In the event that he ask me ship it back for an exchange, who should pay for the shipping. Me or him?

I slap till my hand probably gonna bleed!:/ But it still won't work!

The PAM 005 I bought has a HUGE scratch at the back of the watch too!!!

I just email Toro and zomg he asked me to go get a watch smith to settle it!

OMG!!!! First rep experience and its BAD!!!

OMG

I feel so cheated the QC pictures didn't show that huge scratch at all due to reflection and I specifically said check that it has no scratch.

Now 2 watches, 1 has a HUGE scratch, the other not even moving after winding or slapping it on my hands:X

Toro is a Trusted Dealer and a very good one at that so don't throw yourself off a bridge just yet....

Regarding the 127, did he perhaps suggest it was better for you to try to find a local watchsmith to fix it? Chances are it would be much quicker than sending it back to China (the postage for which you will have to pay for) - it could be away for a couple of months if you send it back.

Post a pic of the scratch. I can hardly believe that it is huge, as you put it.

I know the pictures don't look huge but trust me the camera can't capture the scratch. It is so obvious then when I turn over the watch you can't miss it!(

Any advise like polishing or anything?
