I looked at my noob 127 and I saw a very tiny scratch on the dial. Its visible in some angles only and only with a loupe. I asked a dealer if he can provide the noob 127 dial but he told me noob factory doesn't sell parts only. I wonder if I can replace it with a Davidsen dial? I checked and it looks good but I want to verify here if its worth it or not?

the dsn dial is nice. never compared it to the noob. I will assume that noob is better. in any event, the noob has better lume than the dsn, which is also superlumed.
the dsn has a more green lume, which is strong, but lasts shorter.

The comments from trskh are completely right !!
Anyway, if it really is visible only with a loupe and in some angles I think it is no at all worth to touch the watch.
Better use the money for better things: othe watch or even a goin or marlin modd

Marlin's work is simply stunning! Will he do the mods for other members if so, any idea about what a full mod may run?

Here is your best solution.

Buy a matte, semi flat, and regular clear coat. Get the good testors stuff for models. Find something black and spray it with the various sheens.

Matchup the best one to your dial then clear it. Most imperfections will vanish. ;)

This is a good idea but be careful with this procedure, I have tried it and I have found that on the noob 217 and 127 dials the spray paint interacts with the noob paint and the letters distort or run even with the good Testors paint. Also the spry paint does't atomize enough and you get scaling. I even tried warming up the can to see if the paint will flow better and nothing. Also, some clear paints aren't really clear they are cloudy and will ruin the dial. This procedure works better on 111 and other dials but on the 217 and 127 dials you end up doing more harm than good. Maybe with a good air brush it might work better, haven't tried that.

I have done work for the OP before, I have contacted him with a possible solution.

Sorry. I should have clarified to spray super light coats AT LEAST 18in away from the dial.

My bad. :(

Now I can see it more often as I now know how and where to look, as it is more evident in some angles. Thanks now I know what to do, and marlin mod is awesome and communication was top. Just waiting for some straps.
