is it a custom 127 like from marlin or is it a straight factory piece? I ask because if its from marlin you can always have him fix it.

Here's the thing though, you will need a very strong Xl crystal press to put that bezel back on the watch correctly to keep it straight, sealed and water tight. I would remove the movement and clean it that way. Much easier and less intrusive.
Caseback opener, and a 2mm screw driver. Some silicone grease.
Remove caseback.
Remove crown guard screws, remove crown guard
Put crown in winding mode, Loosen small screw beside the crown 2 turns. Pull out crown.
Remove 3 screws and tabs holding movement.
Gently turn watch over and the movement will "fall out".
Clean dial with air, clean crystal with lens cleaner, and put back together in reverse order.
Use silicone grease on the crown rubber gasket, a little on the crown tube gasket, and on the caseback gasket.

Sorry, but it don’t work with a 127 that way.
The 127 is a top-loader. So you can’t remove the movement from the back case, just from the top, the crystal side.

And it’s very easy to press the 127 bezel back to the watch. You can do it without a tool.

You learn something everyday. I swore on the older ones, cartel with the same millisimation number, you went through the back like a 111, or 372.
