Some dealers are asking for details and pics of the dial to send them to the maker.

I've always loved the 112 over the 111 and the 114 over the 113.

A very very good 114 can be built from a Puretime incabloc modded Noob 112 and a DSN dial and xxx/500 N-serial caseback. Don't forget an H factory swanneck screw.

Is 113 easier to replicate and more popular than 114 if noob is planning to make one?

NOT AT ALL.
PAM 113 has a subdial with a difficult finish to be replicated, added to the difficult of the rest of the white dial.

Anyway if you get a correct 113, you remove the subdial and you have got a 114 without problems. Therefore the 1133 dial is the way to go in order to get both dials.
