Looks like you need to check out DSN's new 113. Go do that... NOW! I think you'll like what you see! DSn also just got a new batch in as he sold out about 2 weeks ago..
Anyway you can see below the extracted information for PAM 113 and PAM 114.
These reps have some flaws but we are considering then as First Class reps. You have not other models in the market. Perhaps the best approach at this moment would be the new rep PAM 113 from DSN
EVALUATION: (*) FIRST CLASS REP (H-series) The PAM 114 is the same as PAM 113 but without seconds@9 subdial. From 1997 to 2001 the Luminor Base used the OP I movement, but in 2002 (E series) the entire "Historic" line was upgraded to use the new movement, and the Base now contains the OP X movement. 2002 onwards models all incorporate sapphire crystal backs, whereas the earlier models all had solid backs. For the H series, the Luminor Marina and Base received a significant overhaul, in that the decoration on the bridges changed from the stamped Panerai to a Côtes de Geneve engraving. Therefore the PAM 114 released in 2002 E-series has OP X movement and Display caseback. It is the White dial version of this new generation of Luminor Base. The dial of the 114 has Luminova dots at the position of the hours, to ascertain that one can still read the time in the dark. The painted dial has all the numbers, as opposed to most Panerai Luminor Base watches that usually only have the 3,6,9 and 12 on the dial. The reps of PAM 114 are First Class reps. It incorporates the best and most accurate parts available to date... Lets see any of you could recall the used parts for this beauty and some of the mods done to it... **Just a hint: No Davidsen parts used (only top shelf)
