Hi, just got my first pam, and just love it.
After a while, i have been reading and looking more at pams and their functions, and comparing with my own.

It seems my pam is missing the MS screw on the swan neck, and the swan neck is passing over the regulator lever.

In what way will this affect my watch and can this be repared?

Regards

Here is a pic of the issue

Hi bellanov
Yes, it is clear, your micrometric screw is missing and the Swan Neck spring are passing clearly over the regulator lever. This is relatively usual in old Swan Neck (and some news)

That, fortunately, is not at all a problem in the running of your watch. (Unless the secrew is inside the movement !!. But I think in this case you would be noticed it before)
If you can get an screw you could well place the spring and assemble the new screw. Without moving the regulator lever.

Read the threads about Swan Neck in my signature for more info.

So, if you think that the screw is not inside, no worries about working and you can leave the watch like this.

That was a common issue when the new platinum movements were released. I remember reading this same issue when they came out.
