Purchased from ReplicaMake, I received my 111H watch on September 1, order was placed on August 23. Lay was very good communicating throughout the ordering process, and I payed using PayPal, a must for me. Out of the shipping box, after giving it a full wind, it wasn't working at all. I tapped on the back a few times and shook it a bit and finally, the movement fired up and it was working. I thought that odd, so I figured I'd put off my review until I gave it time to see if it continued to work. Just over a month later, its not working at all, after a few episodes of it going in and out throughout the past month.

Love the watch, but love one that works a lot better. Lay emailed me and said I should send my watch to a Joseph Clousten in Florida, who would either fix or replace my watch. Does anyone have any experience with him or any experience dealing with returns/refunds through Lay? He's been pretty good so far in working with me, but...

I paid $118 plus shipping for the watch. I'm pretty sure the crystal on the front is NOT sapphire, as described on the website. The blue AR is extremely noticeable as well. If I get a working watch, I'll probably order a new case that has a clear sapphire from Jackson for $50. The black leather strap isn't very high quality - I planned on getting a new one until this watch died. What I do like about it is the weight and feel are right. I had a genuine, but it was stolen. From what I recall, this watch feels right, but the blue AR is a dead giveaway. Lume is mediocre at best.

For $118, I guess what do I expect...its not working after a month. Hopefully I'll be able to get it fixed or replaced and I'll have a good working watch for years to come, but I'm not all that optimistic at this point. But hopefully Lay will come through and I'll get more than a month out of what I paid for. At this point, I don't plan on buying another from him, unless feedback from the forum says this is one of those things that happens.

This movement is usually very reliable, it should work flawlessly from the beginning.

Was it checked when shipped ? Usually he checks and regulates the movements, I'm a bit surprised that it had a problem from the first day.

The movement costs 30 to 40 USD FYI

A bad leather strap and weak lume is "normal" in this price range, only DSN PAMs come with an acceptable one, but they're in the 300 USD range at least.

Yes, Lay did check it...he sent pictures and videos of the watch prior to him shipping them, which really impressed me on how he does his business. It did work as of when it was shipped. However, after winding it all the way upon receipt, it wasn't working until I shook and tapped it a bit...and then it cut in and out over the next few weeks, until finally last Wednesday it ticked its final tock.

I thought about ordering a new movement for it, but wasn't sure if I would be able to find one with the replicated swan neck and markings. I'm also a noob here and wasn't sure how to remove the hands and the face and install on a new movement...it'd be $30-$40 for the new movement plus all the tools to do it and I may or may not have the replicated swan neck regulator...I'm not sure how hard or easy it'd be to swap that out too.

Overall, I was pleased with the watch probably a 8/10, only when it was working though ;) With the experience, I'd give it a 7/10 at this point - I'll revise to a perfect 10 if I can get it fixed or replaced.

I'd gladly have the lume redone and still want to order a new strap...but doesn't really make any sense to do so on a watch that doesn't work ;)
