pam 111h or pam 00005?

For the money the 00005, even with the cannon pin fix, seems like the right choice for the money. There's an $90 difference between the two. They even have the same movement. The only difference that I see is the lumes on the 111h are indented, and the 00005 are on top of the surface. This is accurate when compared the gen. Both have polished cases.
$188 or $278. And I've already spent $90 on a strap from strap culture.

Well, it depends where you are getting the watch from.

The 111h can be gotten at much less money than what you quoted. Thing is, good 005 rep is no longer in production. The recent 111h so called from best factory also has tall canon pin.

Nevertheless, they have lots of rooms for improvement. Just to list:
1. Lume colour is wrong, need reluming for both model.
2. Sapphire AR coatings are bad for both models. Opt for a taka replacement glass or AR coatings.
3. Crown guard can be changed to aftermarket one or cheaper alternative will be pin flattening and lever tightening.
4. Dials are still not accurate for the both model especially in the shape of number 2 in 12 for standard rep dial.

There are still a few more very very small flaws but it all depends on what you want to get and how much your are willing to spend.

Just looked on trevor time and found a 177h titanium. By the pic, it looks like he already has the cannon pin modded. There's no option for the cannon pin mod. I'm assuming he takes care of this? Why is it different from one dealer to another? I assumed they get them from the same factory.

There are tons of factorys....sellers dont mod the watches...only two that do that are DSN and sead

tall cp and sapphire is a must in my book. everything else can be changed
