Hope someone can help! Just received my new pam111 noob v4 from Ryan TD intime and the watch is not working. I winded the watch and the spring got tight as it should but nothing is spinning on the back of the watch… any ideas to try and get this working? Is it a bad watch or is there an easy way to troubleshoot this?

Something not working could be caused by pretty much anything within the movement. It could also be something as simple as the dial touching the second hand post and stopping the movement from working.
