Hi, My PAM 111 v3 has stopped winding correctly, I've barely had it 4 months. The furthest left wheel is turning but its not biting the middle big wheel. I think the middle wheel has popped up or something?

Is this common or easily fixable? Quite disappointing at this stage, only used it probably 20 times.

To give further insight. This is not my watch but the wheel in red still rotates but the green ones do not.

You can see if it's popped up just by looking at it from an angle. If it is it just means the screw is loose, you just need to open the caseback and tighten it. Easy, will take literally less than a minute.

I does look marginally higher than the left wheel. Thanks, thats reassuring. Hope the screw tightens nicely and isnt threaded or something.

easiest way to get the back off the pam without damaging it?

Case opening putty, or a big ball of sticky tape, hold the case face down onto something soft, twist anticlockwise with your tape/putty/case opening tool

Right, still not working. The screw doesnt seem to want to tighten, and i can push the wheel back down and it grips fine but a few seconds of winding later and it pops back up. Any ideas?

How handy are you? I'll turn my hand to anything mechanical, it sounds like you need to back the screw out as it's cross threaded.
Fixing bikes and cars is my fort? though, not watches lol
