PAM 111 query

I know we have to buy only from a trusted dealer
But i want to try a purchase on a local market
Before i make the purchase i just wanted to confirm if the watch is what the seller claims it to be

This is my first PAM and i dont have as much knowledge about pams , i read the forums but i am still not able to identify from the photos

Which maker do you think is this watch and does it have the correct incabloc ?
