Pam 111, QC pic, minute marker question

Would you guys accept this minute marker?
Does not look like its been cut properly.
I saw it after I accepted but it may not be too late to notify TD

Don't know too much about Pam's but looks like the lume wasn't filled properly. Should be an easy fix for a modder if you go down that path.

Yes, I am going to send to Marlin anyway.
It is actually Sandwich dial so more likely residue leftover from cutting the dial.
Not sure if I will even notice it in person.

Could be dust. It's a sandwich dial as said so the lume is applied to a lower plate. I'm sure Marlin can sort it out once it's in his hands.

My pam 111 had some similar particles floating around-- thought they were hairs at first (short,coarse and stiff, but not curly). Finally determined it was just extra materials from the sandwich cut outs. They were easily Picked off with some tweezers, once I had a real excuse to open it up.
