Pam 111 Problem

Hello

I have a Pam 111 H fac and recently whenever i set the time, the minute needle starts to move only 10 minutes after i have closed the crown, it then keeps time very precisely (but 10 min late).

Some details: Sometimes its more then 10 minutes and sometimes it works normally its vey random , i cant work it out...

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

It's very strange. The movement is non-hacking so it should start working as soon as you wind it, regardless of the crown position.

What happens if you give it a slight shake after a few winding turns?

The SECONDS needle works fine all the time, its the MINUTES that dont move right away it takes 10-15 minutes for the minutes to start moving.....
